Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take the medicine regularly during your next scheduled time. Do not take additional medication to compensate for the missed dose.

Symptoms of overdose May clindamycin include depression, behavioral changes, or seizure (convulsions).
